At DublinCasts, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction. Since we offer digital, non-tangible goods (IPTV subscriptions), we issue refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you face unresolvable technical issues.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

We will happily grant a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• You are unable to connect to the service despite active guidance from our support team.
• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks the servers completely, and we cannot bypass it.

We do not issue refunds if your device is broken, if your internet speed is insufficient (below 15 Mbps), or if you simply change your mind after the 7-day window.

3. Free Trials

We strongly encourage all customers to utilize our Free Trial before purchasing a long-term plan to ensure compatibility with your specific network and hardware.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email (contact@iptv-support.com). Include your order number or MAC address. Processing takes 3-5 business days directly to your original payment method.
